Service Description

Yin Yoga is a passive, slow paced practice using gravity and time to provide deep, rejuvenating stretches. The class will feature supported postures, each held for 3-6 minutes, allowing breath and time to work on the connective tissues of the body, aiming to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to more active forms of yoga and exercise, open to all levels.
